Elena Arsentyeva is a Senior Supply Chain Consultant at PLAIO, where she leads customer projects from requirements workshops through implementation and post-go-live support.
She has more than 14 years of experience in supply chain planning, S&OP/IBP and operating model design across pharma, FMCG and retail. As Global Demand Planner at LEO Pharma she led demand planning across multiple markets, drove the global rollout of the IBP process and acted as subject matter expert for the SAP IBP implementation. As Master Planner at Hobbii she built the supply chain planning function, owned the S&OP process and led the implementation of an advanced planning system.
Across her roles she has reduced stock-outs by around 20%, cut inventory by around 15% and improved forecast accuracy by up to 10 percentage points.
