Getting Started
Moving between modules, updating your profile, role-based access levels, and personalising theme and language.
The navigation menu and user settings let you reach every area of PLAIO quickly and tailor the interface to how you work.
The navigation menu sits on the left of the PLAIO interface and moves you between the main modules:

Each module contains worksheets tailored to different planning and operational needs.
Click your username at the bottom left of the navigation panel to open user settings, where you can:
PLAIO uses role-based access control. Access is controlled per module (Demand, Supply, Production, Masterdata) with four permission levels:
| Level | What the user can do |
|---|---|
| No Access | Cannot see the module |
| View | Can see data but cannot change it |
| Edit | Can view and modify data within the module |
| Elevated | Can view, edit, and upload data files to the module |
Administrators can create custom roles by combining permissions across modules. A Demand Planner role might have Edit access to Demand and View access to Supply; a Supply Planner role the reverse. Roles are assigned under Settings → Access Management.

Both preferences are saved for your session.
To end your session securely, click Logout in the user menu.
